Prior to founding Markit Opportunity, Ashley King-Bischof played an integral part in cultivating and growing Yelp’s engineering culture and team before its IPO in 2012. Her passions are best exemplified in her work as a Kiva Fellow in Cameroon and a global Social Enterprise Consultant for social startups. She has advised organizations in microfinance, food and manufacturing. She now leads Markit Opportunity with the goal of making it the ubiquitous trading platform for smallholder farmers worldwide. Ashley holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with an MBA from IE Business School (Madrid).
