Venture: ReciproCare improves the reliability of homecare for elderly and disabled persons by finding homecare worker capacity hidden in plain sight. The ReciproCare mobile application matches the availability, skills, and location of homecare workers to meet the needs of homecare agencies with gaps in coverage.
