Sergio Marrero is the co-founder of Caila. He has experience in design and social innovation – founding ventures from mobile job training to sustainable fashion. Previously he worked at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations group, Teach For America in their Strategy & Innovation group, and as Strategist at the innovation consultancy Doblin. He graduated from Harvard with a Masters in Business Administration and Public Policy. He focuses on adapting best practices from different sectors to identify opportunities to launch ventures that create a better world.

Driven by the injustice he sees by those in his family that have struggled with access to higher education, Sergio is dedicated to creating pathways to jobs and enabling access to quality education for all.
