
Craig A. Robinson
Craig A. Robinson is a Senior Investment Manager in the Greater Washington area within the Truist Wealth Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
Craig’s role is to provide Investment Advisory and Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) roles for clients. He advises on developing and implementing investment approaches to help clients meet their short and long-term goals with a specialization in liquidity and short-duration fixed-income strategies.
Craig has over 20 years of investment management experience with expertise in cash management, short-term fixed income, and multi-asset class investment strategies for operating funds, reserve funds, bond proceeds, retiree benefit funds, and endowment and foundations. Before joining Truist, Craig was an investment advisor at PFM Asset Management LLC and founding program administrator for the North Carolina Investment Pool. Craig is a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia College Building Authority Board. He is the Founding President of the Association of Public Finance Professionals of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Craig is a Founding Board of Trustee and past Treasurer of the Sojourner Truth Public Charter School in Washington, DC. Craig is the founder of Financial Literacy publisher Nolyne Publishing and a two-time children’s picture book author. He is a member of the Washington Association of Money Managers and Halcyon honorary board member.
