At Halcyon, KaDeadra McNealy (she/her) supports the coordination and delivery of the Residential Fellowship program, helping build a thoughtful and energizing experience for social entrepreneurs working to grow their ventures and impact.

KaDeadra brings a background in entrepreneurship, brand strategy, and international trade. Before joining Halcyon, she founded MNB, a mobile nail services platform that secured partnerships with leading brands in commercial retail, beauty, and the sports technology industries. She also previously worked in the public sector, focusing on international trade and innovation to support cross-border collaboration and market expansion.

KaDeadra holds a BA from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from American University. In her free time, you can find her exploring local events in the DMV area.
