Kaitlin Capobianco

Kaitlin Capobianco (she/her) is the Senior Manager, Fellow Community and Recruitment at Halcyon. In her role, Kaitlin leads the team responsible for the sourcing and initial screening of the most exciting scalable, for-profit impact-driven ventures from across the United States and the world. Her team also designs and manages the platform for Halcyon’s ventures and entrepreneurs to ensure they receive the support and services to facilitate their growth after incubation. The team sources and supports ventures across six continents and various business sectors, all with the shared commitment to using business for social and environmental good.

Prior to her time at Halcyon, Kaitlin spent a decade working at universities, most recently as an Assistant Director and Team Lead at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, where she advised MBA students concentrating in entrepreneurship.

A graduate of the University of St. Andrews (Scotland), Kaitlin also holds a Master of Education degree from Penn State and an Executive Education Certificate in Innovation and Human Centered Design from Johns Hopkins University.

Kaitlin has a particular interest in entrepreneur well-being and persistence. She finds the most joy in being a thought partner to founders as they develop and execute their vision.
