In addition to robust founder support, these volunteers inform our key founder learning objectives of leadership development, product-market fit, and capital strategy while contributing to Halcyon’s widespread impact in our three key verticals: Climate, Health, and EquityTech.

Advisor

Halcyon advisors are subject matter experts who provide one-on-one sessions to founders during their programs. Our advisors emphatically address the pain points and questions a founder may bring into their sessions.

Skill Series Presenter

Skill series presenters lead sessions or workshops on specialized topics. These series aim to enhance entrepreneurial knowledge and capabilities, instilling confidence in founders to tackle business challenges and amplify their impact.

Leadership Coach

Leadership coaches work one-on-one with founders regularly throughout their programs, helping them navigate challenges and lead their ventures with clarity and confidence. Coaches will help position our entrepreneurs as more than a founder, but a mission-driven, executive leader.

Our Expert Network is deeply involved in the Halcyon ecosystem, participating in events throughout our fellowships and beyond. Some maintain lasting relationships with founders after their programs conclude, where they continue to provide support and build connections in the impact entrepreneurship space.

The expertise, insights, and guidance generously given by our programmatic volunteers are instrumental in shaping the journeys of our fellows, and their unwavering guidance embodies our broader mission here at Halcyon.
