Born and raised in China, Huili Chen moved to the United States at 17 to pursue her education, earning a BS, MS, and PhD in biomedical engineering and pharmaceutics. She has built a diverse career across academia, government, consulting, and the pharmaceutical industry. Leveraging her extensive experience in research, development, manufacturing, and project management, she has played a pivotal role in advancing innovative, sustainable products.
