Luiz Filipe Guerra
Born in Brasília and raised throughout Brazil, Luiz Filipe Guerra, the son of a military father and an entrepreneurial mother, lived in eight states and four different regions of the country. From an early age, he was exposed to diverse cultures and realities. Living in the Amazon, Luiz witnessed the lack of access to energy and its impact on people’s lives, as well as the waste of energy due to lack of information. With this experience, he decided to create Polus, aiming to help companies actively reduce energy consumption. With over 10 years of experience in team leadership and energy efficiency and having served as a delegate at COP27, the International Vienna Energy and Climate Forum, and participated in programs such as the Young Founders Program by the Westerwelle Foundation and YLAI, his goal now is to bring this solution to the entire country and further explore international demands.
