Múkami Kinoti Kimotho is CEO and Chief Girl Crusader of Royelles Gaming for Girls. Royelles mobile app-based learning adventures powered by AR, AI and Voice technologies — are anchored in fierce female avatars and real-life super(s)heroes in STEAM. Múkami is on a mission to ignite 1million+ Girls to take their rightful place as trailblazers blazers, ceiling smashers and disruptors in STEAM. She is leading the charge in creating a safe, inclusive metaverse that creates value for young gamers beyond entertainment. By tackling some of the greatest challenges facing Gen Alpha around mental health, self esteem and limiting mindsets that are disproportionately impacting girls, particularly those from underserved communities. Múkami has 25+ years of experience in Journalism & DEI, including 5+ yrs Leading Global DEI Strategies for a F200 company and 7+yrs independent consulting with senior exes of F100 technology companies. She has served on the BOD of Women Thrive Alliance and The Women & Girls Foundation and is a proud advocate on issues spanning Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Gender Equity, Child Survival, STEAM Education and the Sustainability of the Arts amongst others. Múkami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the United States International University, San Diego, California and a Masters in Organizational Development and Communications from the University of Denver, Colorado.
