Born in Brazil and raised in Guyana before immigrating to the United States, Pierre Paul brings a global perspective to his work in accessibility and inclusion. As the Co-Founder and CEO of We Hear You, Pierre draws from his lived experiences overcoming barriers as an immigrant to develop innovative solutions for people with disabilities. He earned a speech scholarship to Bradley University, where his passion for communication and equity took root. With a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and DEI certification from Cornell University, Pierre is also a seasoned speaker and trainer who leads diversity and accessibility workshops for corporate teams.
