Precious is a two-time graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where she received her B.S. in Marketing and her M.S. in Information Systems. After IU, she began her career in corporate consulting, working with clients in industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Healthcare to optimize their business on technology, marketing, and applied intelligence. Precious then transitioned into social impact consulting and supported the work of major mission-driven organizations based in the U.S., along with public sector leaders, to deploy $50M+ in grant funding. Additionally, Precious is viewed as a housing justice advocate in the U.S. through her work with the City of Atlanta on small-scale development and accessory dwelling units. She has been featured in well-known publications such as the New York Times, CNBC, and many others. Precious’ 2022 TEDx talk highlights how we ALL have a hand in fixing the housing crisis. She now leads marketing for a property-tech startup, Gather ADU, that streamlines the development for homeowners seeking to build supplemental housing on their under-utilized backyard space.
