In addition, she is the founder of Talent Revolution SL, a company she established in 2015 to empower innovative startups across various industries. Sandra also co-founded WA4STEAM, where she champions women-led initiatives in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, fostering both innovation and equity. With a rich professional journey spanning over 24 years, Sandra has lived and worked across Latin America and Europe, holding influential leadership positions at prestigious companies. Notably, she was instrumental in establishing Krauss-Maffei’s office in Colombia at just 28 years old, and later expanded operations throughout the Andean region. At Dow Chemical, Sandra managed international teams and spearheaded technical innovations that further refined her skills in creative problem-solving and leadership. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Production Engineering, and an Executive MBA. She’s also earned certifications in Digital Business Strategies from MIT Sloan and Six Sigma.
