Tamara Chayo is a healthcare focused entrepreneur who loves sustainability and making a positive impact in her community. She founded MEDU Protection in my 20’s and has been working to protect healthcare workers in a more sustainable way and make the medical industry greener ever since. She dropped out of college at 21, she was studying chemical engineering. Tamara loves science, sustainability, nerdy talks and people. Tamara is co-founder and CEO of MEDU Protection, a Mexican startup that focuses on the production of sustainable medical apparel and being a pioneer in green medicine. MEDU Protection has received several international awards, including the Santander Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation. MEDU Protection was also recently recognized as one of the 18 most important ventures in LATAM by the Yunus and Youth.
