Thola is helping decarbonize and optimize industrial buildings, with a focus on food and chemical manufacturing factories. Thola’s aim is to increase energy efficiency, cut maintenance costs, and reduce critical infrastructure downtime through real-time energy consumption monitoring and fault detection using smart sensors and thermal imaging cameras connected to Thola’s AI software—providing fault analysis and description using prescriptive AI to avert equipment malfunctions and reduce costly downtime. Thola is also building digital modeling features in their software using computer vision that will enable building owners to generate digital twins of their buildings and monitor them, as well as fault region segmentation from imagery generated from IR cameras to provide the exact locations of detected faults.
