Alexandra (Ali) is obsessed with building technology to change people’s lives. She is currently the Founder and CEO at Pelican Invests, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor empowering families to achieve their financial goals by providing personal investment advice, action planning, investing courses, and gifting opportunities. Before that, Ali led a career in financial services at leading institutions (JP Morgan, PwC, and the U.S. Department of Treasury). She holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School, is a Series 65 holder and was awarded “Inspiring Fintech Founder” by NYC Women in Fintech. Beyond fintech, Ali was behind the launch of the iconic Whitney Museum and is passionate about contemporary arts.
