Mariah Barber, Founder of Invisible Strengths, a pioneering HR tech company rooted in the principles of intersectional disability justice, is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in public health. With over a decade of experience in the field, Mariah is not only an entrepreneur but also an accomplished author, certified health education specialist, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) consultant, and dedicated researcher. Mariah holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in community, social, and behavioral health, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in public health with a concentration in community health, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in international studies with a focus on Latin America. Her academic journey is complemented by a dual certification in cultural competency and global understanding, along with immediate language proficiency in Spanish. Her work has historically centered on the intersectionality between biological and social sciences on a global scale.
