Ali Dreidi is a financial and investment professional with experience in growth equity and portfolio management across different industries. He is the COO/CFO of datablock. Before datablock, Ali was a project manager at The Portland Trust (Palestine office), leading on projects to support the development of the hi-tech sector and the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine. Prior to The Portland Trust, Ali worked as a senior investment analyst at the Palestine Investment Fund (PIF), the largest Palestinian Sovereign fund with +900M in assets under management. Ali had also been employed as an economic analyst in the Palestinian Ministry of Finance to promote effective public financial management and fiscal reforms. Ali earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Earlham College, United States in 2012. Ali is a CFA ® charterholder.
