Dan Kuenzi is a Co-founder of Local Roots, a next-gen agriculture company dedicated to providing access to fresh, healthy, and affordable locally-grown produce. He specializes in developing vertical farm technologies and executing locally-sourced produce procurement initiatives for a wide range of businesses.

Prior to Local Roots, Dan ran operations for the early stage investment group Maverick Angels where he focused on deal sourcing, fundraising, and new venture finance strategies. Dan has served on new-venture competition judging panels at the University of Southern California, Loyola Marymount University, and the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dan received his B.S. from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing his MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. In his spare time Daniel is an avid outdoorsman, foodie, musician, golfer and world traveler.
