DeJa Love

DeJa Love is the dedicated CEO and Founder of The Black Women’s Wellness Agency, Inc., with a strong commitment to the holistic wellness of Black women. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Emory University and is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. With a remarkable 17-year career spanning various sectors, including the federal government, local government, academia, private sector, non-profit, and international development, DeJa brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her expertise lies in population health, health equity, and the social determinants of health. During her two-year service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Swaziland, DeJa’s passion for health equity was nurtured as she focused on community health and development. She is unwavering in her commitment to creating innovative solutions that address healthcare disparities faced by Black women. Beyond her professional endeavors, DeJa actively contributes to her local community as a Docent at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum for African American History and Culture. Additionally, she is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and holds certification as a Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.
