Himmat is an engineer by education and an entrepreneur by passion. He started Photom Technologies just after his graduation in Civil Engineering. Himmat is a Leaders in Innovation Fellow (LIF) at the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK. He has skillsets ranging from market research, product development, sales, and fundraising. Himmat is also an alumnus of Entrepreneur First (EF), where he worked on constructing robotic ideas.

Himmat has a 360-degree understanding of the renewable energy sector. He has experience leading a multidisciplinary team of up to 20 people, and has onboarded energy utility companies like Tata Power, Torrent Power, and Stride Climate Investments (a Macquaire group company) as customers.
