Ignas has extensive experience working at and founding start-ups. Since graduating university, he has worked on technology solutions that positively impact the environment with the focus on tackling climate change. He was previously the co-founder and CTO of Homely Energy, the creator of the first heat pump specific smart thermostat. After successfully entering the market, the company was acquired in 2020. In the last few years, Ignas has built multiple web and mobile applications from an initial idea to fully-fledged products and managed diverse technical teams, marketing campaigns, and business strategy.
