Miroslava Rodríguez is the co-founder and CTO of the educational platform Erandi Aprende. She has a computer engineering background and a keen interest in social innovation as well as using technology as an ally to positively impact society. In 2020, Miroslava was recognized as a Youth Challenge 2.0 Over 18 Global Winner. Most recently, she was selected to participate as a delegate in the 2022 One Young World Summit thanks to a scholarship by Pfizer which recognized her work at Erandi Aprende. She is an experienced programmer who developed software for the Mexican Health Department for several years before dedicating herself full time to Erandi Aprende. Her interest in education and bridging the gender gap in science and technology areas also has led her to become a contributor in the Open Source Project, Beautiful Patterns conformed by notable women in STEAM and led by MIT professor Dr. Abel Sánchez. She enjoys being on the front of product design and management whilst using her knowledge in technology integration and human centered design.
