Sahar is a maker by heart who loves to explore and create sustainable solutions for Environmental related issues. Sahar studied marine biology. Selected by MIT to be their first innovator in residence in the water sector and with an intensive experience working in water treatment research and development projects, she worked on many environmental related projects in countries like India, Egypt, Japan, USA and France.

Sahar’s passion led her to work on SaffyWater technology development to be the first Bio-purification solution able to increase the access of clean drinkable water in the most sustainable way.
