Agritable is a social enterprise that aims to improve the income of small producers by paying fair value for their products. Created in December 2019 by two women, today it is managed by Hajer, a scientific researcher, and Sophiène, a health coach.  Agritable collects fruits and vegetables directly from partner farms and sells them online to private customers and to B2B clients like restauranteurs and caterers. In Tunisia, Agritable is the sole company offering products directly from farmers that meet two main criteria: traceability and fair trade. Their proximity to farmers allows them to ensure traceability but also to influence the decisions of producers regarding agricultural practices. Agritable today has more than 60 products, with the greatest wealth at Agritable being their partner producers.
