B-Listed provides a web-based app and streaming platform for BIPOC filmmakers to develop and create socially-driven content. They create a pipeline to entertainment executives, while creating opportunities for ownership, distribution, and licensing to address Hollywood’s diversity and inclusion problem. On the local level, we advocate for BIPOC TV and film professionals to advance into higher level roles and negotiate for higher day rates at the entry level, that increase with experience to allow for pay advancement.
