WeRadiate is an Ag-Tech company and a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that is dedicated to improving soil health. They believe healthy soil makes healthy plants, strong communities, and a sustainable planet.

Today, escalating soil depletion has fueled a profound crisis in food and nutrition, as we have approximately 60 years remaining to cultivate food on arable land. Furthermore, soil health significantly affects key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Zero Hunger, Climate Action, Good Health & Well-being, and Sustainable Cities & Communities.

WeRadiate tackles these challenges through its soil amendment approach, which focuses on preventing organic materials from ending up in landfills and instead directs them to nourish our soils. Their company operates through two key pillars: Technology and Advisory.

Technology: WeRadiate develops smart sensor technology and data analytics for composting operations to remotely track temperature, humidity, and moisture. This enables effective management and risk mitigation in operations, leading to the production of nutrient-rich, high-quality compost that can be used for soil amendment.

Advisory: WeRadiate engages in research, legislative, and grassroots initiatives, collaborating with governments, schools, universities, and organizations on their organic waste management needs. The aim is to drive structural policy changes for social, environmental, and economic benefit.

WeRadiate currently serves clients across the United States. Notably, the company secured a prize of $250k awarded from the Grow-NY Competition.
